• Has your domicile changed? The country you reside in is not necessarily where you are domiciled. You must think carefully before taking steps to change your domicile as this will affect your Inheritance Tax position in the UK. Our consultants can discuss this with you.
• Can I have a Lasting Power of Attorney in England & Wales to help manage by affairs in the UK while I am abroad? Yes, you certainly can and our consultants can draft the documents for you. We offer a full package including drafting, certification and registration of the LPA’s.
